Privacy policy

Last updated: October 2026

This page explains what happens to the details you share with TreemanSites through treemansites.com. We keep it short because we collect very little.

Who we are

TreemanSites designs websites and provides local SEO for tree service companies. You can reach us at hello@treemansites.com.

What we collect

When you send a free website review request, we receive the details you type into the form: your name, company name, email address, and, if you add them, your phone number, current website and service area. We use them only to reply to your request and follow up about it.

Spam protection

To keep bots out, the form checks how quickly it was filled in and how often requests come from the same connection. For that we keep a scrambled version of your IP address for a day. We also keep a copy of each request on our server, so none get lost if an email doesn't arrive. The form also uses Google reCAPTCHA. It loads only when you start filling in the form, and sends information such as your IP address and how you use the page to Google, under Google's privacy policy and terms.

Cookies

We use one small cookie called lang to remember the language you picked, so the site doesn't switch languages on you. We don't use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. Google reCAPTCHA, which loads only when you use the form, may set its own cookie.

Hosting and server logs

The site is hosted by Hostinger. Like most web servers, theirs keep short-term technical logs, such as IP addresses and browser types, to keep the site secure and running.

How long we keep your details

We keep review requests for as long as we need them to answer you and follow up, and we delete them sooner if you ask. We never sell your details or share them for marketing.

Your rights

You can ask us to show, correct or delete the details we hold about you by emailing hello@treemansites.com. If you live in the EU or UK, you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
